These terms cover your use of truthequipment.com. Truth Equipment is a trade name of Coldwires LLC. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Coldwires LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

What we do

We help owners sell used equipment, and help buyers find it. We act as a broker. We don't own the machines we help sell unless we say so in writing.

Offers and guarantees

Estimates, cash offers and anything we say on this site or by phone are not binding until the people involved sign a written agreement. A buyer's offer can change after an inspection. Any guarantee we describe, including "you don't pay" if we don't beat your offer, applies only as written in your signed seller agreement.

Your information must be accurate

If you're selling, you must own the machine or have the right to sell it, and tell us about any loans, liens, damage or problems you know of. If you're buying, you must be able to pay for what you agree to buy.

Deals, payments and third parties

Sales are between the buyer and the seller. Payments go through escrow or another method agreed in writing. Inspections, escrow and transport are done by independent companies. We're responsible for them only as we agree in writing.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site. That includes sending false information, trying to break or overload it, or using it to scam anyone.

Our content

The text, logo and design on this site belong to us. Don't copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is." Details about a machine come from its seller and inspectors. We don't warrant any machine unless we say so in writing.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. This doesn't change what a signed deal agreement says.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, and disputes about them will be handled in the courts of Wyoming.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies once it's posted here.
